As an event planner, you need to know how to use your creativity to plan unique and special events. One of the best ways to make an event unique is to order inexpensive personalized cocktail napkins for use during the event. However, not every occasion requires specially printed napkins, especially because these can be quite costly. Unless you’re planning any of these special events below, you may have to focus your creativity on other party planning ideas.

If you happen to be planning one of these events, here are some ways you can use personalized supplies to make your client’s experience unique.

  1. Weddings
There’s nothing like custom beverage napkins with the bride and groom’s faces on it on a wedding day. It may be cheesy, but it’s one way to remind everyone that it’s their day. And if that’s not the print that they want, the couple can always think of other things to print on their wedding supplies. For example, they could have special quotes from their vows printed on utensils. They can have nuptial photos printed on souvenirs like cups and mugs. Because getting printed supplies for weddings is not an uncommon practice, you can even negotiate prices with the printing company for smaller weddings.

  1. Debuts
On the other hand, debuts are even more grandeur, especially for high-society communities. On the day a young woman turns 18, she has to dress up pretty and perform in front of a whole audience. Other traditions allow young women to celebrate their debuts with a bunch of other celebrants. For high class events like these, elegant, printed napkins are a definite must-have. There won’t be any colorful prints or grand images, but since the event will require delicate China, it’s only fitting that the utensils are matched with high-class, event-appropriate accessories.

  1. Restaurants
Have you heard of a restaurant that doesn’t have its own personalized supplies? Most restaurants that want to survive the business have to invest in its own supplies. If they haven’t started printing plates and cups, they will have to do it soon because getting people to see their logo is part of the branding process. Restaurants usually aim for customized plates, cups, utensils and even personalized napkins. Bigger restaurants and franchises need these personalized supplies for marketing and branding purposes.

  1. Children’s Birthday Parties
Birthday parties are fun to plan. If you’re aiming for Disney or cartoon themes for the party, then you can definitely count on personalized supplies to keep the kids entertained. Some stores sell ready-made printed plastic cups and plates for special occasions. But if your client wants a different kind of design, you can always get a supplier of affordable cups and plates to help you print the designs you want.

Coffee shops have to find different ways to make their service better than the others. They continuously have to find ways to improve their customer’s experience in order to rise above others in the industry. This is how and why flavored coffee syrups were invented – to give coffee shops and restaurants something to improve their dining and drinking services. However, now that there are several types of coffee and coffee beans, why not just alternate, right? Why buy coffee syrups for your shop?

Here are 5 reasons why your coffee shop should definitely take the next step to serving coffee.

  1. Make flavored coffee
In today’s world where high-end technology has taken over the next generation, it’s important to give people what they want. And when they want something as unique-sounding as flavored coffee, they have to get it. Fortunately for you, flavored coffee isn’t exactly impossible. Despite the fact that flavored coffee didn’t become mainstream till the late 20th century, it has been a growing beverage for high-end coffee shops. Now that it’s becoming more and more popular, you definitely have to start offering flavored coffee to those who want it.

  1. Lessen the use of sugar
You wouldn’t want to get blamed for using too much sugar. It’s just not healthy. Besides, if you use too much sugar, you can’t serve coffee to those who are diabetic. Instead, you’ll have to give them special sugar and coffee. However, if you have flavored syrups with natural sweeteners, then you can still serve them flavored coffee without endangering their health. They still get to experience the unusual coffee experience without worrying about their health.

  1. Change the taste of your usual coffee
Drinking coffee the same way all the time can get boring. Imagine working in an office where everything tastes the same. Imagine drinking coffee from the same coffee shop every 4 hours. That’ll be pretty bitter for your tongue. If you use coffee syrups to change the way your coffee tastes, you can help yourself with a different tasting coffee. And your customers will also appreciate it as well.

  1. Promote experiments
Having coffee syrups inside a coffee shop will help motivate you to experiment a little. Part of becoming a restaurant or coffee shop owner is the creativity and innovation to experiment a little with your menu. If you have the ingredients, what’s stopping you from trying? Flavored syrups can make a lot of different types of drinks. If you use various flavors, you can end up creating several types of drinks for your coffee shop.

  1. Offer something different
Once you start experimenting, you get the chance to offer something different. All coffee shops fight to offer something unique to their customers. If you’re the first to offer a unique, delicious drink, you could make a mark for your coffee shop in the future. When people look at your store, they’ll see that special, delicious drink you invented. All other coffee shops will try to copy you in the future as well.

If you’re hoping to open up a coffee shop, you need to become an expert in brewing coffee. Once upon a time, coffee could be brewed and the taste wouldn’t really matter. However today, coffee is now the object of affection for every employee and employer in the morning. With the different types of coffee, addition of coffee syrups and variation of beverages, coffee shops have to become even more competitive with the type of coffee they serve. They cannot just serve ordinary coffee. They have to serve great coffee.

In order to do that, you have to master the art of coffee brewing. Here are a few tips to master your brew of coffee.

  1. Run water cycles
Despite the fact that this might seem weird, it actually produces a great difference in the taste of brewed coffee. Instead of simply brewing coffee one after the other, you might want to try brewing hot water alone in its own cycle before you pour in the coffee. Yes, that’s right. Run a water-only cycle on your coffee machine. Once you’ve finished running a water-only cycle, brew the water again, only this time, you can now add your coffee grounds.

  1. Don’t store in freezers
Storing coffee in the right place is important to keeping it fresh and aromatic when you brew it. But if you store it in a freezer, you could end up robbing it of its original taste and smell. Because many things have come in and out of freezers, storing coffee in them is not a good idea. Coffee can easily absorb the smell of any other food nearby, so if you store them between red meat and fish, you’ll only end up with fish-smelling coffee.

  1. Seal coffee
Always remember to store coffee in an airtight container. This is important if you want to keep your coffee fresh and maintain its natural smell. Once oxygen or any other smell gets into the coffee, you could end up ruining its smell. Besides, once oxygen gets into the container, you’ll also end up affecting the taste of your coffee.

  1. Chill coffee overnight
If your coffee shop is thinking of selling iced coffee, this tip will be very useful to making a tastier iced beverage. For chilled coffee, brew the coffee at night instead of during the day. Then, before you make it into any coffee beverage, chill the coffee overnight.

  1. Brewing time
The time you brew your coffee greatly determines the taste and strength of your drink. If you brew too long, you could end up burning your coffee and this will make your drink bitter and too strong. If you brew in a time too short, your coffee won’t be strong enough. To make a great cup of coffee, time your coffee machine to brew for 4 minutes and a half. This should be just enough time to extract the taste of the coffee, spread the flavor to the water and brew consistency throughout the mixture.
